Our Story is that of sheer determination, perseverance and passion. What began as a work-from-home venture in October 2009, with an aim to provide dynamic search solutions across levels and sectors for our clientele, to a multifaceted organization today operating out of various locations in India. Over time we have built and reinforced our Talent Acquisition consulting vertical – “KORNER OFFICE”, which houses dedicated searches, specialized head hunting, competency mapping and Assessment solutions. In our endeavour to becoming a comprehensive HR solutions provider we launched our next vertical “EXTRA MILE”, which sees us offer services in Talent Management, Employee Engagement and capability building, HR processes and policies, Internal communication and Organization Effectiveness. People Konnect team proudly constitutes majorly returning-to-career women, clubbed with the fact that there have been increased demands from our clients to hire for diversity made way for “BACK TO THE FRONT”, this vertical focuses on enabling Inclusive ecosystems for women across life stages through innovative, workable and sustained strategies in collaboration with Corporates.
