Incorporated in November 2024, our one-person company, led by a visionary woman entrepreneur, is committed to promoting sustainability through the manufacturing and distribution of eco-friendly products. We specialize in crafting items from bamboo, coconut, rattan, sea grass, hyacinth, and other plaiting materials, aiming to reduce plastic waste and promote environmental responsibility. Our products, including bamboo toothbrushes and reusable bags, are exported to the US, UK, Europe, and APAC regions. We import materials under the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, utilizing warehouses in Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata to minimize import shipping costs and leverage the domestic supply chain for efficient product distribution. Ocean LCL is our preferred shipping method for importing and exporting finished goods. Operating in the retail and social commerce sectors, we leverage economies of scale to offer competitive prices, ensuring a minimum 10% net profit due to low overheads and high demand. Our marketplace and offline stores cater to both retail and wholesale customers, tapping into a low competitive market, especially in rural areas. With a focus on innovation and scalability, we are in the early traction stage, improving existing products and processes to create a scalable business model with high potential for employment generation and wealth creation. As a bootstrap MSME, we maintain low overhead costs, enhancing our high EBITDA potential. Our turnover has not exceeded one hundred crore rupees in any financial year since incorporation, and we are dedicated to continuous innovation, development, and improvement of our products and services.
