The trained manpower is available with the startup to be deployed in the relevant industry to increase production and generate higher revenue for the employer. Improvement through adopting and imparting High Level of Training Programs with the help of National Skill Development Center. Enhancing business in all States of India by creating a large volume of employment opportunities to the Needful. Reaching out to various Government, PSU and Private business sector in growing industrial Areas. Helping the Unorganized sector to make it Organized by providing right minimum wages and complying with Statutory provisions. Identifying the correct industry, the Manpower requirements and the type of Skill set required. Preparing the unemployed persons as per the industry requirement, Selecting the Unemployed youth as per industry standards and imparting training and thereafter employing them in concerned industry.....The said process is swiftly carried out in the barest minimum time to increase the output and the revenue. The office and training centre are established in rural areas, where the unemployed youth are provided on the job training, keeping in mind, education and skills. The persons undergoing on the job training are paid stipend, once fully trained, they are suitable placed in various industries, as per the requirement, enhancing the output of the industry. The trained and experienced manpower, once selected and employed in the rightful industry keeping in mind the skills required for the job, the performance of the employee produces higher number of products vis-a-vis the untrained employer during the same working hours, thus reducing the cost of production and consequently generating the higher revenue.
