Our company is engaged in the sourcing, processing, and export of high-quality Indian coffee, with a focus on specialty Arabica, Robusta, and value-added origins such as Monsooned Malabar. While India has a strong position as a commodity coffee exporter, the global demand is shifting rapidly toward traceable, high-quality, sustainably packaged coffee. Our business aims to bridge this gap through product innovation, packaging technology, and a scalable export-focused supply chain. We are working on developing new packaging formats specifically designed for international consumers, moving beyond traditional green-bean exports. This includes: • Single-serve formats (drip bags, steeping bags, specialty instant sachets) tailored to markets like Canada, Europe, and East Asia. • Aroma-preserving “coffee vapour” packaging that captures the native aromatics of Indian coffees and protects freshness during long-distance shipment. • Optimised vacuum and nitrogen-flush systems to extend shelf life, especially for monsooned and shade-grown coffees. • Small-batch roasted SKUs that allow foreign buyers to test origins with minimal MOQ, enabling easier market entry and higher value realisation for Indian growers. Our business model directly contributes to value addition at origin, enabling Indian farmers to earn more from their produce by participating in premium export categories rather than low-margin commodity channels. We are building a scalable supply chain capable of handling higher processing volumes, which in turn will help generate employment at the farm level (sorting, processing, packing) and at our export operations (quality control, roasting, logistics, marketing).
