Sympan Traders Private Limited is a company incorporated in the year 2017 31st day of March. Healthy fish is a brand that we introduced in the spring of 2015. It is an e-commerce brand that deals with the door-to-door delivery of fresh fish and meat. This brand has been in the market for the past six years. . It is an online portal in the Brand name "Healthy Fish" built-in both android and iOS platforms where all the fish vendors can sell out their products through this social platform. This is exclusively meant for all those who wish to start an e-commerce company at a very low cost. This can be easily accessed and can list their(vendors) products. As part of business expansion, we introduced a new product "Healthy Fish's Dry Fish" into the market. We are planning to manufacture dry fish on a large scale in a factory setup of about 7000sq.ft in1.17 acres of land. The factory will be equipped with the most modern infrastructure.The factory complex consists of 4500 sq.ft manufacturing unit,a 1500sq.ft office space and a 1000sq.ft food research lab.It is a project with an annual turnover of 18Cr and above in the first year itself. We are planning a daily production of 1.5 tons of dry fish a day. Currently, we have supplied in supermarkets at Cochin and also we got orders from Europe and middle east. Our product * Our product is manufactured strictly under the standards of FSSAI and CIFT *Our Technical advisor Dr.MKMukundan expertise in the food processing industry, former director, and Principal of CIFT is leading our technical team * Our products are handled very hygienically and the product is unsalted. *Our products are GM-free Our processing unit where we manufacture the products is structured as per the standards of the European Union. *Our product quality meets gassing standards. The proposed project land is at Thankey, Cherthala, Alappuzha. It is 1.17 acres in land area, the most suited space for our project.
