The start up is an LLP incorporated 15-11-2016, The firm is engaged to provide the services to the Indian Railway, using the “current pedestrian ultrasonic testing system” using Single Rail Tester (SRT) sibce inception. The present system is effective for detecting various defects in rail sections on Indian Railways. While continuous improvements have been made, the SRT can detect defects in the rail head, web, and foot regions, it struggles with vertically oriented transverse fatigue defects. To address this limitation, RDSO conducted field trials of the Phased Array Ultrasonic Single Rail Tester (PAUT SRT) in the Northeast Railway sections. PAUT technology enhances ultrasonic testing by shaping and steering the ultrasonic beam, enabling it to detect unfavorably oriented defects. With more probes, PAUT SRT demonstrates higher sensitivity than conventional methods. PAUT- SRT enhances the effectiveness of rail testing by identifying previously undetectable defects, ensuring improved safety and maintenance. The railway Board has just approved the procedure order and Technical eligibility criteria for PAUT-SRT for rail testing. The above-mentioned technology is being used first time in India and the firm is very eager to provide the services to Indian Railway by adopting the said technology. The firm has already entered into an agreement with the TECHNOVOTUM COMPANY, Russia for the necessary technical know-how. By adopting the said Technology there shall be a great help to save the human life and resources as well as creation of huge jobs opportunity.
