To engage in advanced research, development, design, and innovation of next-generation propulsion systems, encompassing both air-breathing and non-air-breathing engines for space systems—including launch vehicles, satellites, and deep-space exploration platforms. This includes the study and development of novel propellants, hybrid propulsion technologies, and high-efficiency engine cycles. Additionally, to design and develop cutting-edge aerial platforms for defense applications, such as Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles (UCAVs), aerial interceptors, loitering munitions (kamikaze drones), and high-speed missile systems, with a focus on maneuverability, autonomy, and survivability. The objective also extends to community and civil domains through the creation of sustainable aerospace technologies, including eco-friendly transport systems, green propulsion, and cost- effective solutions for aerial logistics and emergency response, thereby contributing to both national advancement and societal well-being.
