Respected Patrons, We are a manufacturer of Premium "Handcrafted premix for cocktails and mocktails" and our brand is known as "Baro Shrubs". “Shrub” is a concentrated fruit syrup made from a combination of natural fruits and apple cider vinegar. Shrub is an ancient recipe which goes back to the days when there were no refrigerators and hence fruits or pulps in those days where mixed with apple cider vinegar to preserve for a longer duration. Shrub is also known as drinking vinegar or sweetened vinegar based syrup. Shrubs have multiple usages, it can not only be used to add flavours to your drinks but it can also be used for salad dressings, to prepare flavoured soups, sauces & marinades. Recipe for Baro Shrub has evolved out of extensive research and product tastings. The liquid has undergone multiple tasting session with prospective consumers to derive the right mix that fits best to Indian pallet. Baro Shrubs is made of four major ingredients i.e. • Natural fruit extract • Organic sugar • Apple cider vinegar • Spices We are probably the only brand in India who is trying to build a dedicated product category for Shrubs.
