The company trains undergraduate students and places them in their first job. The company headquartered in Mumbai run their flagship Management Training program for undergraduate students who are studying in first, second or third years and pursuing a degree or diploma program. Seal’s management training program is a one-month intensive, classroom-based training program with option for web based online classes in select modules. Key modules of the course include: • Human Resource management • Sales & Marketing • Operations Management • Finance • Business Communication. Additionally, the company also offers a range of courses under elective modules. Target Students & Market Size Students pursuing undergraduate degrees namely: • Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) • Bachelor of Business Application (BBA) • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) • Bachelor of Science (BSc.) • Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharma) • Bachelor of Microbiology Total number of under-graduate students in India is about 28 Million. Annually about 6 Million students graduate every year. Problem that Seal is Addressing • Lack of employable skills amongst students. • Curriculum is far removed from the requirements of the industry. • Blended rate of placements for the larger undergraduate segment is estimated at 10%-15% and that student population finds it most difficult to obtain job opportunities as freshers. Track Record thus far In the last three years, the company has trained 4000+ students and have placed 1200+ students in paid internships and full-time jobs with leading companies. The company only charges students a fee for the course and does not charge students or the companies for placements. Seal provides Interview Guarantee to its students who complete their program.
