We ,at Bazani.in , procure building materials directly from manufacturers and supply the same to the end users at their preferred locations all over in Kerala. The end user can save a considerable amount in the construction cost by ordering the construction materials via Bazani web portal,which offers upto 20% reduction in the construction material rates when compared to the rates quoted by a retail vendor. Bazani has a legacy in the field of housing loan direct sales agency(DSA). We and our group of housing loan DSAs have facilitated more than 100 Crores of housing loan amount over the past couple of years. Now we have formed a conglomerate, where our empanelled DSAs will pass on the construction projects to us,projects for which they have facilitated the housing and maintenance loans. This will create a wide market for us and we will be able to sell much more than a retail vendor.
