Being Together Private Limited aims to develop, operate and commercialise an AI-powered healthcare Software-as-a-Service platform that enables patients to describe their symptoms and healthcare needs through text or voice and be connected quickly with the appropriate medical specialist based on specialisation, urgency and availability. The platform will facilitate appointment discovery, scheduling and consultations through chat, audio and video, while providing doctors, clinics and hospitals with a unified digital dashboard for managing availability, teleconsultations, patient records, follow-ups, communication and related workflows. The Company will use artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural-language processing and other digital technologies to improve healthcare navigation and accessibility, particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 cities and rural areas, while operating through provider subscriptions, consultation-based charges, software licensing and premium digital services, subject to applicable healthcare, telemedicine, privacy and data-protection laws.
