Currently, these rafts are imported at high prices (₹3-4 lakhs per unit), but by producing them locally, we can offer the same quality at about 50% of the cost. The primary markets are tourism operators, who can offer unique water activities, and fitness enthusiasts looking for water-based workouts. The rafts will be portable, durable, and aesthetically appealing, making them attractive for both commercial and personal use. Initial revenue will come from direct sales, with additional income from post-sales services like maintenance and repairs. With a significant gap in local availability, our product’s unique design and affordability give us a strong market advantage. The booming tourism and fitness sectors present immense growth opportunities.
