Beltin Technology Solutions has created an innovative application called Ivy Social which is an information dissemination app. It can be used as a neighborhood bulletin board. Users can get information on local news, upcoming events, public announcements, local offers, local emergency contacts etc. Think of it as a WhatsApp group having everyone in the locality. Users can submit posts to the forum but unlike WhatsApp every post gets reviewed by the moderator before it shows up on the user’s screen. This feature ensures that no objectionable content in the application. This application will enable local small businessmen to advertise their products and services to the residents of the locality in a cost-effective manner. One of the objectives of Ivy Social is to abolish distribution of flyers and leaflets by providing a digital alternative for local advertisement. Service like Ivy Social does not exist presently. It is an innovative product.
