BER Digital is building a technology-enabled B2B offering, a technology platform called "FindMyAdvisor" for employee well-being. FindMyAdvisor platform aims to be the most trusted employee platform for *holistic* employee well-being, starting with financial well-being, followed by mental health, and then other areas. Our founders and core team are all highly experienced professionals with long successful corporate careers behind them, and deep expertise in technology-driven business solutions. We have many years of leadership experience driving business strategy, heading business units in India and abroad, and managing large teams as well as strategic client relationships. We are a small, new startup incorporated just 3 months ago, but we have built prototype, collected feedback, and now we are progressing fast on building the platform (MVP) which we expect to launch early next year. We have a large network of senior corporate leaders which makes it easy for us to validate the idea and generate traction - we already have 2 clients, 2 companies who have agreed to pilot the solution in their companies. We are purpose-driven startup, with a mission to help millions of employees in India to achieve strong financial security, as well as mental well-being, professional growth, and more - transforming workforce productivity and well-being.
