Bermer is a technology incubator that specializes in nurturing startups by providing comprehensive technology solutions. We currently have five startups under our wing, for which we handle all tech-related aspects. Our unique approach involves hiring fresh college graduates and training them in the most effective software development practices. However, our training goes beyond just technical skills. We deeply ingrain a sense of ownership in our trainees, preparing them for future tech leadership roles. Each of our team members is potentially a future CTO for the startups we onboard. We believe in not just building software, but building leaders in the tech industry. Our goal is to foster innovation and growth in the tech startup ecosystem through our dedicated services. We are committed to creating a positive impact in the tech industry by nurturing startups and creating future tech leaders.
