About Us - Incorporated in June 2022 (in New Delhi), The Hiring Company, in June aspires to make the recruitment processes &lsquo;quick and feasible&rsquo; for India&rsquo;s startup ecosystem. The journey that commenced with just 3 recruitment specialists, has now grown into a family of more than 15 full-time specialists and is still expanding. Similarly, right from having 2 clients initially, we have scaled up to 30 clients along with payroll management for[SY1] more than 2,000 employees, all achieved over a period of 6 months. We are currently serving in PAN India locations, with client&rsquo;s Industries ranging from Fintech, Ed-Tech, Pharma-Tech, Real Estate Tech etc. We are serving clients like No Broker who have recently started up to clients who have become Unicorn.Geographical Presence: We started with 1 Office at New Delhi. Now, we have 3 registered offices in New Delhi, Udaipur and Bangalore. Team Strength: We currently are 15 team members strong. Our team constitutes of recruiters, Payroll Manager, HRs, Fulfilment professionals, Sales TeamOur Niche: Having a clear understanding of the startup world, we grasp a great understanding of what type of talent another startup requires. Selections: We have, till now, made more than 50000+ applications of candidates screened for multiple positions Here are the few profiles that we have closed a. Entry Level/Bulk Profiles: Telecallers, customer support executives, inside sales, HR executives, delivery boys, Data entry operators, field sales executives, surveyors etc.b. Mid Level Profiles: MIS, Operations Managers, Campaign Managers, Digital Marketing Executives, Social Media Managers etc. c. Lateral Profiles: Personal Secretary, Power BI developers, Communication Managers, Head of Operations, Consultants, Front End Developers, Full Stack Developers etc.2. Staffing/Payroll/Compliance Management: The firm has catered to the payroll management of almost 2000+ off roll employees on our payroll, who have been deployed at our client&rsquo;s location for various purposes.Current issues faced in recruitment Industry1. Traditional Recruitment Method India&rsquo;s recruitment industry has been witnessing its all-time high and numerous efficient players have been involved in the domain. However, traditional recruitment methods cause startups to undergo enormous amounts of painstaking labour despite its proven efficacy. Lack of technological advances have led to inaccurate and relatively slower recruiting processes for the industry. 2. Slow Hiring Sluggish hiring too have been a major roadblock for those operating in industry. This majorly could be attributed to the lack of technological advances that primarily leads to inaccurate and relatively slower recruiting processes for the industry. 3. Absence of Crowdsourcing Crowdsourcing has been, yet, non-existent, when it comes to bulk recruitment. Whereas all staffing agencies bet on references when it comes to hiring, they rarely have tapped the potential of crowdsourcing as a sourcing channel.Solutions that we are bringing forth 1. AI Enabled Chatbots: We have deployed AI enabled Chatbots and voice bots, which help us reduce the screening time significantly. An AI enabled chatbot helps us in screening thousands of candidates at once(<5 mins). 2. CrowdSourcing as a service: We provide a platform for the general public out there who can utilise their social capital for generating employment. 3. Bolt Hiring: We envision ourselves to become an express delivery platform for all bulk hiring needs.Bulk Hiring Case Study: Hiring 2100 candidates within 10 days in GujaratProblem Statement: To hire 2100 customer support executives (Contractual employees) at 21 districts across Gujarat within 10 daysSolutions brought forward:1. We deployed AI enabled recruitment voice bots and chat bots helped us screen 6,00,000 job seekers within 10 minutes and got us 3000 interested(screened) candidates. 2. Our recruitment team, then, reached out to 3000 interested candidates which helped us fill half (990) of the positions within 3 days 3. Additionally, we used Social Media Influencers, Newspaper Ads and &lsquo;Below The Line&rsquo; activities across Gujarat for lead generation of interested candidates for the job profile, helping us fill 549 positions 4. Finally, we activated &lsquo;crowdsourcing&rsquo; across difficult areas, where we included general public for referring candidates, which helped us in fulfilling all vacant seats
