For fulfilling manpower requirements we prefer the local ITI’s. We are following the skill India program with the connectivity of local ITI’s. Our focus is to empower and aware the local people for their career setup in this major sector of renewable energy. For this we conduct seminars and various training programs to enhance the skills of ITI students and providing them employment in our company.
