Industrialplot.com is a niche property platform exclusively dealing in industrial and commercial properties. As the World is going for the china+1 policy. India is also relying heavily on increasing manufacturing and industrialization through Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat and ODOP, Industrial Corridors mission. Lots of industries, warehouses, and logistic parks are mushrooming across India, but still penetration is very low, it can increase if we provide the proper infrastructure to find industrial properties(Land/Warehouse/Godown/Office/Retail). There is no specific Property portal for Industrial real estate, all property portals in the market are majorly dealt in Residential Real estate Primarily and Commercial Real Estate Secondly. Industrial real estate hunting is frustrating, expensive and time taking, and stressful event. The life cycle of Finding a Property or Selling a property in Industrial real estate is highest in comparison to all other kinds of real estate. Even if we list our industrial property on these platforms it will not generate more traction, because major traffic on these property platforms is for Home Buying/renting and for commercial properties(Office/Retail). We have launched an exclusive niche property platform IndustrialPlot.com dealing in Industrial Real Estate primarily and Commercial real estate secondly. Now you can list your Industrial & Commercial Properties on Industrialplot.com. you can directly connect with buyers/sellers and tenants. Industrial real estate is very scattered, it is increasing its foothold in tier 2, and 3 cities also. We have opened our platform for the whole of India, we didn't limit it to any particular city because there are lots of small cities where the industrial real estate market is very good. To date, we have 1300+ properties listed on our site, 840 registered users, and 600+ leads generated So Far. We launched our beta version on April,22. Maximum users are direct owners/buyers/tenants.
