Improvement in Product We serve special tea-flavours which are not easily available. Rose-tea is something which is not available anywhere in India. This is our star product. Improvement in Service The traditional tea stalls business is to sell tea. We are not here to sell tea but use tea as a medium which is India’s national beverage to give young ideas a platform to come together and bring change. We care about our customer’s health and are aware of environmental issues. Hence, we serve in clay cups which are environment-friendly as well. Improvement in Process Our strength is not our product but our processes and business philosophy. We have strong processes in place because of which we have opened two outlets in one year. Our processes are synchronized and well defined with every department be it, accounts, finance or legal everything is in place. We care about our employees and customers and so we give utmost importance to hygiene. We are adopting new methods of cooking to ensure the cleaner environment. Through Tea, we are touching lives and trying to start a change. Scalability We have recently launched an app so that people can order tea online
