BhuExpert your trusted property advisor. Buying land requires a lot of time and right information. Buyer needs to check two things to start with 1st land physically i.e. location and 2nd if the property is okay to buy (land related documents like debit free, single or multiple ownership, registration number etc) . Then the customer needs to make payment which is generally done in parts, as it is a big amount of money. Generally the customer makes payment directly to the seller or the agent , so if the seller faces any problem they face problems in getting a refund. Most of the websites at present are only advertisement platforms. And also they don’t provide legal papers which are required to make decision to buy property. So what I propose is to provide buyers with both information and payment option through us. I propose to build a web based real estate marketplace to offer customer: 1. All information i.e. legal papers , video , photo ,location , size ,prices , future valuation etc. 2. Payment : An Escrow account to pay through us at nominal fees. Such service is of great value in immediate sale and possession cases. 3. After sale service of managing the farm through our app and website. Earnings for us will be brokerage fees, legal paper fees, escrow fees and farm management fees and later stage products from these farms D2C. I need around Rs. 30-50 lakhs for building a web app and hiring team.We have done two deals one worth 1.5cr of 11 Acre land and second 3 acre land. We have generated profit from land sale and legal services and now they are willing to give us farm managment as well . For management we want to develop information based predictive app.
