Big Umbrella Ventures is working in food domain with primary focus on mass B2B market but the core goal to bring in affordable high health index consumer food products in the retail market. With low fats, sugar and salt products we have fortified products with many herbs and natural fibers and proteins lowering the processed food risk to the consumer. Our clean label innovation has helped in removing the class 1 and 2 preservatives. We have unique formulations where the plant based proteins and fibers are coupled to make vegan cheese. A 42 nutrients based beverage is under development for a single shot nutritional dose for any human being. Such nutritional powershot will be a single point solution for nutritional deficiency. We are also developing such a nutritional high energy drink for the defense forces. Our plan is to make our venture a multibagger entity in 4 years of timeframe with a annual revenues to scale up more than 300 cr and valuation of 1000cr in total. This venture will also foster the exports of native Indian herb based healthy foods. Marketing Indian native foods in export market will be our prime strategy to go global.
