In their own words

BILVA FARM (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED Integrated Grain Processing, Sterilization, and Atta Production Background: Wheat is one of the most important staple foods in India and forms a major component of daily nutrition. India consumes approximately 100-110 million metric tons of wheat annually, making it one of the largest wheat-consuming countries in the world. Wheat produces products such as chapati, bread, bakery products, and processed foods which forms a significant portion of the diet of both urban and rural households. Despite its nutritional importance, wheat contains natural anti-nutritional compounds such as phytates, tannins, and enzyme inhibitors, which reduce the bioavailability of important minerals like iron and zinc. Similarly. Maize is widely used in Beverage industry, Starch manufacturing, Cattle feed industry. However, maize harvested at high moisture levels must undergo proper drying before it becomes suitable for industrial use. Problems Faced: Modern Post harvest methods include use of combine harvesters, which operates by three main operations which are reaping (cutting), thresh (separating grain from stalk), and winnow (cleaning grain from chaff) in one continuous process. Furthermore, they also directly pack these grains which are then transported to market for sell. The main problem which these packed grains face during their storage is the reduced lifespan. Since they are mostly packed without proper drying techniques the chances of pest infestation and fungal growth increases. Furthermore, these stored grains are hygroscopic in nature, meaning they absorb moisture from the air when the surrounding relative humidity is high. Grains seek equilibrium with their environment, so they will take on moisture until they match the air’s humidity, which can cause molding and spoilage. Lastly, the irregular weather patterns and breathing in grains.

What we do not know

We have no liveness signal for any company on this site: no filings feed, no revenue, no check that the website still resolves. A record existing here means a record exists, not that a business is trading.
