To carry on the business of producing and trading power from biomass through gasification and other processes using organic waste (agro, food, animal, and industrial waste) and raw materials like groundnut husk, sawdust, coconut shell, etc. 3. To undertake bio-gas production and distribution, social forestry, cold storage, corporate farming, and avail government subsidies and carbon credit schemes. To build, install, operate, and maintain all facilities for power generation, distribution, and supply from biomass and other energy sources. To acquire licenses, concessions, and assets from government and other bodies for power projects, and provide repair and maintenance services. To act as management consultants for biomass power projects. 4 To manufacture, import, export, trade, and supply equipment and appliances used in electricity generation, distribution, and supply for public and private use. To act as dealers and suppliers of electrical and related apparatus for lighting and power needs in urban and rural areas
