Bionex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a health-tech startup committed to transforming point-of-care diagnostics through innovation in embedded biomedical instrumentation. Under the trade name HemoCheck, we are developing a Made-in-India, portable, and patent-pending multi-parameter blood analysis device designed to deliver rapid, reliable, and lab-quality results in decentralized healthcare settings. Our flagship device, HemoCheck, is built on an advanced ESP32-based embedded platform and utilizes spectrophotometric sensing grounded in Beer-Lambert’s Law for highly accurate biochemical quantification. The system currently supports measurement of Hemoglobin (Hb) and Hematocrit (HCT), and is modularly designed to extend its capability to include Glucose, Ketones, Lactate, and Albumin-Creatinine Ratio using disposable microcuvette-based biochemical reactions. The innovation lies in our dual-wavelength optical architecture, which allows multiple analytes to be tested on the same platform with minimal hardware modification. The device includes smart features such as auto-calibration, EEPROM-based data retention, OLED display output, and wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) — all optimized for low-power operation with a battery life of over 15 days, enabling reliable use in rural and mobile health environments. Currently in the advanced prototyping and validation phase, Bionex is actively working toward IP protection, clinical trial collaborations, and scaling up manufacturing. By replacing imported analyzers and supporting India’s Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat missions, our technology is poised to improve access, affordability, and self-reliance in the diagnostics space — with strong potential for employment generation, revenue creation, and export growth.
