Unbeatable Foods (Bitex Industries Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first mass-affordable, complete packaged meal — ready in under 10 minutes for just ₹20. Our hero products, Instant Veg Biryani and Instant Fried Rice, deliver 15g protein and ~460 kcal with just 250ml of water and zero cooking skill, priced for India's ₹20-a-day consumer segment that existing RTE/RTC brands (₹80–₹150+) structurally cannot reach. Using a proprietary low-cost micro-processing and oil-atomization manufacturing process, we cut production costs by up to 40% versus conventional FMCG methods, enabling a nutrition and portion profile no competitor can match at this price. Our current range spans 11 SKUs including Instant Biryani, Fried Rice, Khichdi, Daliya, Super Meal, Noodles, and cup-format Upma, Halwa, Tea and Coffee. In our first commercial run we onboarded 106 Kanpur retailers in 7 days and sold 3,100 units in 4 weeks — generating ₹49,600 in real revenue with zero institutional capital — validating strong demand for a category that does not yet exist in India. We are now scaling manufacturing capacity, distribution, and retail presence across Uttar Pradesh and, subsequently, nationally.
