Bloombloom and its offline platform B-HUB are building Collaborative knowledge ecosystems around educational campuses, across the country. Bloombloom, first of its kind edu-ployment platform, and B-HUBs the local talent ecosystems enabled by Bloombloom have proved the model as one of the most influential futuristic learning platforms. Bloombloom collaborates to produce content from each stakeholder in the ecosystem, such as industries, companies, startups, communities, individuals and other stakeholders and deliver it online through bloombloom or offline through B-HUBs. We are a unique model of bridging the ever-growing gap between industries and academies. Bloombloom aggregate learning programmes and content from Independent producers, companies and communities in the form of workshops, industry interactions, community meetups, short and long term courses, hackathons and challenges, and opportunities such as internships, co-creation, freelancing, jobs, prototyping as a service etc. Bloombloom curates and standardizes the content by getting it reviewed/ co-certified with industry experts, leaders and corporations, locally and globally. All programmes are live and interactive, either online or offline or blended. Sessions are taken only by passionate educators who are practitioners or experts from industry or are dealing with the real world. Learners shall be building a profile out of such open-learning activities that includes Digital Learning Credits, Skills thus acquired, Badges & Certificates and Bloom Quotients. Bloom Quotients are a unique way of standardising talents, quantitatively and qualitatively, of what they have learned outside of their traditional classrooms, and are like Gradings in Conventional Education. Bloombloom also serves as a platform for Corporations and Startups to meet their Learning & Development Requirements, Hiring & Talent Acquisition through new models such as Acqui-hiring, Social hiring, Challenge based hiring, Hackathon based hiring, Community hiring etc.
