Reports, Visual dashboards and a robust campaign management helps them achieve the said retention objective 3. Apart from retention, Retailers have a big problem in getting new customers to their stores. Since, we work with multiple retailers, we will use our platform to cross-promote the member data for everyone’s benefit. A common platform is provided to our retailers (customers) to get new customers by providing offers to the entire member base. Such a platform can be accessed through a URL or a mobile app. 4. In a PAAS environment and multiple customers, servicing becomes key. Self-servicing modules are provided to the retailers. Apart from that, we service through Whatsapp, thereby cutting the bureaucracy of emails / calling to get work done. This helps help us stand out and ensures that retailers get their work done quicker & easier.
