Our start-up business aims to provide services specifically in the real estate market in India. If we look at the situation of service providers in this field generally known as real estate agents/brokers, it is very obvious that the current structure is very unorganised and unregulated. Most brokers are working independently without any supervision, guidance, or accountability on an extremely local level. We aim to improve this sector by bringing in some much-needed structure to how the agents work, what guidelines they must follow, what information is necessary to facilitate a deal, and how to act in the interest of their customers. From the perspective of clients (tenants & landlords), our platform and app make it very easy for them to either rent a home or rent out their home without the hassles of the current market.
