We are planning to launch our online and offline fashion portal. We will be utilizing the Make In India Initiative of the government for promotion of supreme quality goods to the above mentioned areas where major supplies are from low cost Chinese and Bangladesh made products. Our most fundamental philosophy is the concern for people, be it employment generation, skill development or sorting out the problems faced by vendors, suppliers and most importantly by customers in rural/semi-urban and tier-II & tier-III cities. This strong belief in people is the determining factor that motivates our operations in developing our relationship with our employees and customers. We believe that our responsibility for customer satisfaction is not focused solely on the sale of a supreme product, but rather is the total relationship a customer experiences when interacting with our organization whether it be while making a purchase or while addressing their situation with us. We believe in honesty and truth in all transactions and in providing products of the highest quality and at fair prices. We should do everything possible to provide outstanding service in marketing the products we sell. Arfer Fashion will be a part of Bluehaaat , a partnership firm officially established in Dhanbad on 18th January 2016. In less than 2 years after established in Dhanbad, it has served hundreds of schools and colleges for their customized uniform and apparel needs. We at Bluehaaat have been giving quality and customer relations foremost importance and this is the prime reason for our success story. We have started our manufacturing and operations with only little sum of money. There had been many incidents in past where we couldn’t fulfill or complete the orders due to lack of investment capital but in spite of few such cases we have successfully established ourself as a reputed name amongst our customers. Our philosophy of concern for people gives Bluehaaat the drive to be a good corporate citizen. We at Bluehaaat, are committed to bringing the best all-around shopping experience. Our nice pledge campaign includes an intense training session for all of our employees, and a firm understanding and commitment to deliver these pledge points at our store.
