Introduction Bluehelmet provides an easy to use Hiring Platform to connect Blue & Grey Collar Jobseeker segment to local Employers both Domestic & Corporate. One can Apply & Search for jobs by Role, Industry, locality, Type (Full time, Part time) etc. within their City. Jobseekers can have access to hundreds of Jobs basis their skill & Employers to candidates as per requirement. How are we increasing the number of smiles… Availability of verified & experienced Jobseekers in the Blue & Grey Collar job segment is highly unregulated & unorganized. This is primarily due to the gap between the availability of streamlined jobseeker information and clearly defined job requirements. Somebody needs to identify them, organize them, connect them & finally make them available for the right job, at the right place and to the right people. We are trying to overcome this barrier by bringing available tools & technologies on a single platform to connect Recruiters, Employers & Jobseekers. With so many people being constantly online, it has become pertinent that all related products & services be provided through a common platform, hence the need to integrate. We wish to become a leading end-to-end recruitment marketplace connecting Employers, Consultants and Jobseekers across the Country.
