Bluencore is an independent game studio dedicated to crafting exceptional board games catering to both families & adults. The games are designed in India for the world. We believe in creating engaging games that seamlessly blend strategy, thematic depth and innovative mechanics, and real world issues into compelling storyline. We believe in transforming Ideas into Experiences! As an Indie game studio we focus on innovation & creativity for a better tomorrow. We revel in great artistic expression & experimental gameplay to bring the most unique experiences in art games for the game aficionados. Our debut release, 'War of Civilizations'(WOC) was officially released at GenCon, Indianapolis, the largest gaming convention in the United States. The game has been successfully crowdfunded and backers across the world have supported the game on Kickstarter, the largest international crowdfunding platform. The international retail release of WOC in the USA, Australia, and Canada marked a significant milestone for our debut game as a first time publisher. 'Biomes of Nilgiris', our upcoming game, embraces the theme of ecological exploration & conservation, shedding light on the biodiversity hotspot in India. Biomes of Nilgiris is an enthralling board game where players venture into India's surreal Nilgiris biosphere, teaming with unique flora & fauna. As conservationists-ecologists, photographers, & citizen scientists-they aim to discover new species, address ecological issues, complete conservation missions, & earn Ecology Points. Uniquely designed and carefully crafted biome cards featuring multiple ecotypes and endemic species along with their endangered status accurately represented in consultation with an ecologist and botanical illustrator. It is featured on ‘Projects we love’ by Kickstarter, and in The Hindu. We have four new games in the product pipeline, most of which are set to release in 2025 - Monkey Thieves, War of Civilizations Duo, Madagascar, and Clove 1600.
