FoldableThis equipment relates to storage of bulk Grain having a main purpose of foldable storage system is to be able to store bulk Grain at a desired location with taking up less space and storage is as quick as possible. Bulk Grain undergoes a series of handling operation before they reach the consumer there are appreciable losses in all these stages for various reasons. The storage system that is available in this field today, for storage is godown or permanent vessels such as silos. Silos are not portable and hence the bulk material is required to move to different locations. They are expensive to built and locate. Thereby silos offer a need for a portable storage system. Therefore Foldable Bulk Grain Storage System will fulfill current need of storage. Portable storage structures have proven useful in recent years. Foldable Grain storage structures are an example of such, as these structures offer true foldable versus the assembly and disassembly of other structures that are actually and truly only semi-portable. The present apparatus provides a unique, easily operated, self-supporting, and inexpensive solution to portable storage. The general purpose of the foldable bulk Grain storage system is to provide a system which has many novel features that result in an improved bulk Grain storage system. A system which is not anticipated, rendered obvious, suggested, or even implied by prior system, either alone or in combination thereof. To attain this, the foldable bulk Grain storage system as the name suggests, provides a truly portable and expandable structure. The shape of the structure has been experimentally determined to be ideal. The material used for the support of the horizontal and vertical storage grain bags are of coated steel structure and bags are made up of water resistant, fire retardant, Food grade, UV Protected, Rodent Retardant, Anti Fungal Resistant, and high tearing strength fabric having life of more than 20 years. Each segment of the bag is sealed by long lasting rubber material. The materials of the apparatus are of sufficient integrity to prevent animal and pest invasion as well as weather element invasion. The apparatus structure is designed as a space saving feature keeping in mind the different locations. The main purpose of our system is to be able to store bulk Grain at a desired location, with taking up less space and as fast as possible.Our system is designed keeping in mind the current need of portable grain storage. The installation process is very quick. It has the property to be able to fold and unfold itself, due to which it is easily transportable hence fulfilling the need for portability. It comes in two versions; horizontal (H) and vertical (V), keeping in mind the space, which may vary from location to location. In the horizontal (H) version, when the grain starts filling the storage bag, it expands simultaneously. Whereas, in the vertical (V) version, the storage bag needs to be expanded first and then filled.
