Company Overview: Our company is being established with a mission to promote the sustainable production of Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) by utilizing agricultural residue and animal waste, particularly cow dung. This initiative supports circular economy principles by converting waste into valuable resources, contributing to both energy security and agricultural rejuvenation. Key Objectives and Benefits: Fossil Fuel Substitution: CBG serves as a renewable and cleaner alternative to CNG and other fossil fuels, contributing to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and import dependence. Soil Health Enhancement: The production of FOM enriches the organic carbon content of the soil, thereby promoting organic farming and improving long-term soil fertility. Zero-Waste Philosophy: Our integrated approach ensures full utilization of input materials, minimizing environmental impact and maximizing value extraction. Future Prospects and R&D Focus: Green Silicon Applications: Ongoing research is exploring the potential to extract green silicon from by-products for use in tyre manufacturing, offering an eco-friendly alternative in industrial processes. Green Hydrogen Potential: Advanced purification processes can facilitate the generation of green hydrogen, a clean energy carrier widely considered the fuel of the future. This project aligns with India’s goals for energy transition, climate action, and sustainable agriculture, and opens up new pathways for industrial innovation using bio-resources.
