Boffin Meta LLP is a specialized Legal-Tech and Artificial Intelligence (AI) venture dedicated to digitizing the cooperative sector of Maharashtra, which encompasses over 200,000 societies. Our mission is to eliminate the severe administrative bottlenecks and "Digital Divide" currently hindering cooperative governance under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies (MCS) Act, 1960 and further assistance to Central Cooperative Ministry and Multistate Societies.. Our flagship innovation, 'Sahkar Mitra', is a proprietary Generative AI platform trained on a massive repository of cooperative laws, rules, and government circulars to provide real-time, accurate legal interpretations and summaries. Complementing this, we have developed a suite of 'Micro-Automation' tools that streamline statutory audit preparation, meeting management (auto-generation of Agendas/Minutes), and compliance monitoring for cooperative institutions. Further focusing on in readymade various automations at cost effective way to entire cooperative ecosystem. By integrating localized legal intelligence with cutting-edge technology, Boffin Meta is transforming traditional cooperative frameworks into transparent, digitally-compliant, and efficient entities.
