We are an unpretentious, residue free, zero pesticide, clean and nutritionally dense urban farming and foods company. We use a patented technology to mist the roots of leafy greens with nutrient dense water in a closed loop system that recycles the water and nutrients ensuring zero waste. Our system uses 90% less water than traditional farming and 40% less than hydroponic farming to grow cleaner, healthier produce faster and more efficiently. We deliver a fresh, nutritious product straight from harvest to home to be stored in our urban khets. No wastage, No refrigerators – 100% fresh, nutritious greens and a reduced carbon footprint. This means great produce and the best value for our clients. We work with restaurants and hotels to grow what they want and where they want. So, we can install grow kits at your premises or grow at one of our 2 sites in Mumbai as per your location. You can check on the produce periodically and just walk in to harvest as and when required. We provide high quality organic oyster mushrooms both fresh and dry to restaurants and retail clients across the city. We are working with hotels to include grow kits and match our planting season with their demand. It is important to us that the food we consume is safe, healthy and fresh. Hence, we work with our partners to visit our farms and periodically test our produce at the highest standards globally. Our commitment to zero wastage and clean, fresh eating can also be seen on our packaging- environmentally safe materials such as banana leaves and biodegradable materials. Our patented technique ensures least miles travelled(or does zero wastage sound better) from harvest to home so that your food is always fresh, nutritious and safe with virtually zero wastage. We deliver various quantities that suit your need so fresh greens are only a harvest away. If you use our urban khet kits at home, you can harvest the amount you need straight from the farm. No need for refrigeration and zero wastage and reducing your carbon footprint.
