We, Bongloss venture Private Limited is the Startup Company of Readymade Garments Industry. Readymade garments are a part of our daily life uses. Clothes are an epitome of a culture. People in different parts of the world have their own styles of dressing which symbolize their culture and status. BVPL is based on Innovation, Improvement and Scalability which are as following:-Employability- Garment manufacturing is a labour –intensive industry. In modern era, In India, Vast people are jobless due to the lack of Employer. BVPL creates a field for employability. To implement every field or area needs highly intensive labour . Uniqueness- The startup company BVPL has a special team to innovate a new that means it follows the culture and custom of a Tradition and fashionable trend. Production Unit- Our description on production process is following-Material Sourcing- BVPL has tie up to mills from where It collects the fabrics for making garments..Material Inspection- Qualified Checkers checks fabrics and trims .Defective are segregated from good materials. Pattern making- Pattern Master do the pattern which is passed from our special team.Cutting fabric and fusing materials:- After the fabric is sourced and the pattern is ready to use , the cutting process begins.Garment Stitching- Our qualified operators stitch garments using industrial sewing machines.Garment finising- In the finising stage, all the necessary such as Collors, Cuffs, pocket are done on this stage.Quality inspection of finished Garments:- Before packing garments are checked to ensure that no defective are sent to customers.Garments folding and packing :- Bongloss Venture has qualified packaging engineer belongs to packaging technology for packed garments . Logistics-The finished and packed goods are inspected. Then dispatchedBongloss special focus internally on every department- All departments of our production unit are interlinked. Each department is dependent on the other to complete the tasks assign to it. Role of the buying house in the ready-made garment business- BVPL has its own buying house. Apparel buying houses are business entities in the apparel supply chain . BVPL Product and categorization- BVPL offers full package of Readymade garments manufacturing for all types of wear as – To manufacture, all kinds of timeless garments and cloths , Ladies Garments, Gents Garments, Inner Wear ,Kids Wear with proper quality is the main objectives of the Company.B.V.P.L product categorization- Bongloss’s Product category based on product design, raw materials (Fabrics), age group, sex etc.Organizational Structure of BVPL.- BVPL intensifies and focuses on its structural foundation and relation between each department. Managing Director to Every departmental head upto Housekeeping in- charge.BVPL special focus-Qualified fashion designer and well pattern Maker. QC team choice the best fabric with best quality from Fabric Manufacturer. We maintain the quality of raw materials, assemblies and components.Our Readymade garments hub is well equipped and skilled based industry.Our special QC team check all the garments as per Company Quality Control System.Our quality control team involves the examination of a product. Our quality control team is allows involves with technically like measures with correctness and completeness. We covers all the process with in a factory and conducts upto finishing and packing process till shipment.Bongloss – Chart of the cutting department:-The innovative company “BVPL” controls the system technically such as all cutting room activities are looked after by the cutting manager. Bongloss – Chart of the sewing department:-Bongloss’s each production floor is looked after by one floor in –charge. One line supervisor is assigned to each sewing line. Bongloss – Chart of the finishing department:-Finishing department activities are handled by a finishing in – charge. Bongloss – Chart of the Quality Control Department:-The quality control department of BVPL plays major role in producing good quality garments.
