Boutique Foods was born out of the idea of reintroducing millets and other such lost super foods back into Indian households. The first batch of our millet flour was actually made in our kitchen using a recipe passed on through generations. Once we achieved the perfect phulkas and rotis out of our millet flour, we got more adventurous! We hit upon the idea of baking our own handmade millet cookies. Thus we sourced the finest quality of white butter and the best millets. The challenge was to bake without using any artificial preservatives and additives, and yet be able to maintain taste and a reasonable shelf life. A lot of baking, tasting and sampling later we finally got it right. Our harshest critics – our kids loved the cookies! We now have seven yummy flavours to suit a variety of tastes; however the basics behind the recipe remain the same – High quality millets, no preservatives, no artificial additives, only the best white butter and handmade with love! Our journey has just begun – but as they say, well begun is half done! Boutique Foods has a world class manufacturing facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan and a corporate office in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We always strive to make our products as close to homemade food as possible and hence are manufacturing in small batches to maintain freshness. Our products are available in select stores in Mumbai. While we are already selling online via our own website, we will also visible on the most popular food shopping portals across the internet. We source the finest grains for manufacturing our snacks and follow stringent quality control practises at our facility in Jaipur. Our endeavor is to achieve superior and consistent product quality while following environmentally conscious practices. Creating awareness on consuming millets and other superfoods as a part of the daily dietary pattern is our biggest objective. Our ultimate goal is to make Boutique Foods, a name synonymous with superior quality products, for discerning health conscious customers. We would like to promote healthy snacking habits in Indian households. It is this journey towards intelligent eating that drives us to provide a wide variety of the freshest, most natural and healthy food options to our customers.
