Brain Chamber Polysacks Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company of Polypropylene, jumbo bags, and FIBC manufacturing. The founder of the company is engaged in conducting research and development in the field’s analytical, experimental and other activity for the purpose of business research in diversified fields like mechanical, agriculture, petrochemical, space engineering, material research, technical, medical sciences and has acquired considerable skill and knowledge in the said areas. The research team has conducted research and designed petrochemical based product manufacturing ecosystem, (The Hall of Polymers – www.thehallofpolymers.com ) to create online market monopoly in said manufacturing. The said proposal of manufacturing plant set up is on the name of Brain Chamber Polysacks with website www.brainchamberpolysacks.com. Today the company maintained the huge customer database. Currently Brain Chamber is having long term market potential in this sector. Brainchamber has its brand value in the market to sustain this project for long term. It intends to further the research and development activity for these business propositions to be commercially operational and especially obtain protection under copyrights of designed business model. The Company has received the special permissions of manufacturing of said activities under Cochin Special Economic Zone and 100% export oriented unit. The concern department laws are bounded to manufacturing facilities, DIC – MSME certificate, electricity load permission and adhering all local body permissions to execute the said project. Brain chamber group enter into the packaging solution since 2012 wherein the first manufacturing plant (Brainchamber Polymers Pvt. Ltd.) has started in April 2016. Company has vision to bring export quality approved jumbo bag into the local and domestic market. We are customer oriented and have target to fulfill the client requirement with our different modules of jumbo bag as per packaging needs. Brain chamber decided to get involved in polymer product and manufacture eco friendly packaging solution for industrial, agriculture and chemical sectors. Jumbo bag carries huge capacity from 500 kg to 1 tone or 6 tones as per packaging needs. Big bags are available with 2 loops on main fabric which easily lifted from forklift and transported from one place to another. One man can handle the heavy bag easily by those loops.
