There is a lot of scope of improvement in the education sector in India: 1. Amongst many a major problem that students face is understanding their true capabilities and inclinations at an early age. Most students go through the traditional schooling and choose a career path that is trending or known to family members. 2. Colleges focus only on these specific trends of further education and create high number of colleges for same subjects creating more supply than demand. Eventually leading to closures. Ed. Engineering Colleges 3. The dropout percentage is high as students are pursuing something that doesn’t interest them. And have not figured out what they are actually good at. 4. The changing habits of young generation are not taken into account so the syllabus and methodology is still the same that has been in use since 1986. BRICKETC Pvt ltd works is this space by giving young aspiring professionals a ‘slice of life’ experience into the field in real terms via video learning from eminent practitioners in the field, live interaction with them, and courses that expose them to the skillsets they will be using through their career. Further, BRICKETC Pvt. Ltd. promises to serve this segment exceptionally well at scale with the kind of service-performance combination that the segment has not experienced before. We are doing this in the following ways: 1. A technology platform that acquires and serves students and teachers at scale with up to date, transparent and important information regarding all creative courses possible. 2. A Service network of teachers and technicians pan India (1000+ jobs to be generated in the next 3 years) to service users with their information, management and support requirements 3. A Robust research and discovery framework of products and services that will make made the education sector more transparent and efficient. In the process BRICKETC Pvt. Ltd. will focus on the following: A. Creation of wealth for its users. B. Creating awareness of various fields of studies amongst the new generation. B. Availability of resources for resource starved institutions. C. Creation of Jobs in India for distribution, research and development, and operations.
