Uniqueness of Broomees India Private Limited Broomees India is a disruptive online platform that connects potential job seekers with people who are looking to hire such helpers. Our services include providing Househelps, Chefs/cooks, babysitters, care takers, office staff, dog walkers, dog trainers, drivers, security guards etc. We propose to generate employment in the unorganised sector Broomees is India's first end to end service provider working towards creating employment for unskilled/semiskilled and skilled helpers. Our aim is to upskill the helpers and ensure dignity of work and enable them to earn fair wages. Since this industry is an unorganised sector, it has been scammed by a number of unscrupulous agencies. Broomees India is bringing in trust factor for our clients and responsibility factor for our service partners. We are looking at operations from an end to end perspective. How do we intend to solve this problem At Broomees India we register, verify, train the helpers. We train the helpers in soft skills and specific work skills at our training centres to increase their employability and acceptability with our customers i.e. the people who are looking to hire such helpers, thus creating employment from the bottom upwards of the pyramid. In the process we generate opportunities and jobs for the unskilled and unemployable persons. We don't charge anything from the helpers. Product innovation We have used technology presently a website and two apps, which is again disruptive in India. There is one app exclusively for the helpers. This app is very easy even for the uneducated helpers to register themselves through a very simple process just by pressing the numbers. The other app is exclusively for the customers. Customers can book for service providers as per their specific requirements and choice. Revenue model Broomees revenue model is focused on charging our large customer base with our premium services.
