Established in the year 2015 with a vision of manufacturing India's best shoe for the world, our experience with a huge client base spread across US, Europe and Middle East gave us a great understanding of their evolving tastes, style preferences as well as price-affordability. Our journey so far led us to the identification of several gaps in the supply-chain of handmade and premium leather footwear, potential errors in the manufacturing process-flow which manifests itself as poor and inconsistent quality of the pairs (even post sample-approval), failure in leather testing norms due to lack of strict supervision and legal compliances etc. Our mission is to be a one-stop solution for the export market of high-end leather footwear. Our contribution to the supply chain is necessary for clients who wish to capitalize on India' low-cost manufacturing story, but face big challenges in raw-material procurement, standardization and timely delivery, information asymmetry and non transparent prices. WHAT WE DO AND HOW: We directly monitor the entire supply-chain such that each piece needed to make the shoes reaches the right person at just the right time, without any defects. Furthermore, starting from Sample Approval to shipment delivery, each step of the production process can be monitored by Users in real-time, plus a 2-way feedback mechanism with the Factory. We maintain direct control and supervision on the manufacturing/assembly process. If there's ever a problem with production or labour shortage, we have backup plans in place to ensure that our clients receive products on time without any compromises. We have transformed the manual process of sample selection, including leather selection, pattern, and construction, into a technology-driven system. Also, our platform allows you to upload your existing designs and analyze the cost benefits using our AI cost analysis tool in real time.
