The Bvistic Minerals Private Limited has studied since one year about import substitution with innovation. Hydraulic operated High Diaphragm Pump: The Bvistic has designed and innovated, this pump has transfer abrasion and thick/viscous slurry 15 m3/hours to 270 m3/hours with pressure 50 bar to 150 bar. The signal from the pressure switch can be wired to the plant control system or motor starter and be used to shut down the pump in the event of a diaphragm failure. Pump operation can be continued without any restriction until the system allows for a shutdown and repair. The working fluid is protected from slurry contamination by the diaphragm. Variable operation range (10% - 100%). Easy to maintain and lower spares requirement. Reduced load on diaphragms, using light weight components and special control system. Reliable: Longest Mean Time Between Repair (MTBR). Multi safe molded diaphragms, even one diaphragm failed, second one under operation till shutdown plan.
