CampusPuppy is a skill based recruitment platform which intends to provide a hassle-free experience of recruitment to both corporate and candidates. CampusPuppy ensures this by introducing COAT or CampusPuppy Online Assessment Test, which is a robust system built on machine learning and data-analysis for, evaluation of skills. It is not a conventional test where n number of questions, to be solved in a specific time-frame, but test(s) the applicant to his or her core, to verify the skill. Thus we bridge the gap between the skilled candidate and the corporate looking out for that particular skilled candidate. We provide complete end-to-end recruitment support to corporate through our verticals Hiring Nucleus and Eval Nucleus. Hiring Nucleus a vertical of CampusPuppy aspires to give a complete recruitment support to the corporate. Right from posting a job offer, to manage team members, assigning interviews and to roll out job offers to candidates, everything is taken care at a single platform. We aim to give a relaxed recruitment environment by cutting down all manual work and streamlining the entire recruitment process online. Eval Nucleus, a platform to conduct tests and measure talent. It provides test(s) for aptitude assessment(s), psychometric assessment(s), skill evaluation (both IT and Non-IT skill-sets), appraisal tests, etc. Our sole intention is to bring out a genuine and relaxed recruitment environment and we believe that is what gives us our special place in the market.
