Capital Trust Infotech Private Limited was incorporated on 22nd October, 2018 with an objective to enter into the business of information technology and software development in all its forms and perspectives and to undertake all such activities as are connected, linked or associated with software development, operation and data communication. The company will work in the areas of financial inclusion and financial literacy of Microfinance industry, Economic Weaker Section and people living below poverty line by providing technical solution through Mobile Apps and Softwares solutions. There areas where the company will venture into development of solutions for:1. Providing banking solutions at the door steps of customers2. Helping in savings, investments and insurance to the clients 3. Online Implementation of Government schemes in Rural sector including sanitisation, literacy. bima etc. The company has also a vision to work for the software development in the area of Mobile Loan Origination and Loan Management Solution for Micro, Small and Medium Industry. The company will provide IT and mobile app based platform to banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions working in the areas of MSME sector. Unique aspects of our offering shall be:1. Online onboarding of clients 2. Automation - The services of an Android operating system are extended to clients that help them keep track of their loan progress, provide access to credit records, store KYC information and, in time, will let clients repay instalments from their application with links to their bank accounts. 3. Newer customer and staff channels – Customers now get recorded calls for their due amount, arrears and newer eligible loans using OBD calls, SMS etc. Staff has been enabled with real-time information of customers demand sheet, arrears etc.4. Customers will be able to get the information about their loan, tenure, interest and foreclosure instantly on their Mobile Phone.
