We (team-cashbytrash) conducted multiple research surveys and detected key problems as below: Waste Collection Segregation Transportation Disposal Treatment Workforce Indian Waste Management System is technologically 20 years back if we compare with the leading waste managing countries in the world. If we look closely, we deployed several schemes and plans but none could deliver significantly to meet what the conditions and time demands for INDIA. You initiated and took the responsibility to make India clean, simultaneously, we also laid the foundation of research and devised solutions which can meet all the needs. The solutions are totally indigenous and work on the principle of minimum input and maximum output. “we want to create a world where environment doesn’t need any protection”-cashbytrash The possible solutions for the problems mentioned above which cashbytrash is continuously working for by keeping the track of waste from the point of its generation till its final settlement. Waste Collection – Application based digital platform for Waste producers, to sell their solid waste and schedule garbage pickups right from their home. Waste collectors, to keep the track of the waste collected from each house and the assigned workers for the same. An integrated and unified platform to keep the track of all the waste produced, collected, recycled and the individuals involved in this work. Transportation – Customised electric TrashKart for the waste collectors (Trashmen). TrashKarts helps in fast, segregated and increased trash collection. TrashKart has sections for different types of wastes in-built with the pressure system to load more waste. TrashKart has a dedicated section for the women to dispose their sanitary napkins safely without letting it to get mixed with other valuable wastes. No fuel required, except charging. Segregation – This problem can be resolved by segregated waste collection directly from the producers. We can effectively enforce segregation first and then collection through Trashmen. Installation of smart bins and regular deployment of awareness campaigns can completely cut down the production of unsegregated waste. We have identified replacements for the traditional ways of waste segregation through our solutions and models which are easy to execute. We can end up saving thousands of crores which can be used in beautification of urban, sub-urban followed by rural areas of the country. Disposal – Open dumping can be reduced by 99% if we execute segregation and collection process nationally. Disposal is only for the waste which has zero application in recycling and treatment plants. Treatment – Current mountains of garbage can be wiped off with our exclusively designed plant layout and design. We can execute and convert the garbage into valuable things with vast applications. The dedicated plant will function to accept unsegregated trash and aid with additional purification processes and convert them into valuable products with vital applications. Hazardous/Bio-medical/Chemical/Toxic wastes can be primarily segregated and recycled with a new module with existing recycling and treatment industry (additional plants will be installed by us). Workforce – The Rag-pickers, 15 Lacs in number and they understand the unsegregated waste more than any graduate or expert as their livelihood depend on it. They don’t need any technological knowledge or degree for their work and they are best at it. cashbytrash is on the path of empowering those 15 Lakhs and to equip them with all the required (a cell phone, a uniform, an identity card with authorisation, etc.) and turn them into a hero, “Trashman” who keep India clean. Their empowerment will be crucial if we want to get continued success for the project. We wants to work .for those powerful Trashmen by taking care of their work and their lifestyle together. We’ve another crucial solution which will keep all the contributors (waste generators) intact with the platform. They will feel the proper waste handling as important and profitable. We shall be disclosing the same in the presentation. The budget required for this project has no comparison. It’s like one time investment which will accelerate economy and unlimited return for from first phase itself. We’ll present a detailed version of it later with the presentation. We believe that our solutions can be fused with the ongoing government programs and the system can be perfected to make India 100% clean. We are seeking for just one opportunity to present our complete model to make it evident to what have said is true.
