Brief note on innovativeness of products offered by the entity 1. The Company (Cenzen Technosys Private Limited) is a private entity having CIN- U29300DL2016PTC303611 incorporated on 26th July, 2016 with Registrar of Delhi & Haryana. 2. The main object of the company is to set-up the infrastructure to manufacture water vending machine with the aid of innovation, processes and services driven by technology, intellectual property with the core aim to commercialize water vending machine and deployment of manpower. Ancillary object of the company is to become designers, repairers, installers, distributors and dealers of water vending machine with the goal to commercialize water vending machine, water ATM with the help of processes, services driven by technology and intellectual property for dispensing water and all other type of fluid through the means of coin operated or other means operation, liquid control systems, machinery, parts, RO system, refrigeration, pipeline and other similar and ancillary items. 3. Cenzen Technosys Private Limited is a manufacturer, designers, repairers, installers, importers, exporters, retailers, distributors and dealers in: a. Water vending machine (WVM)” appliances, equipment, materials, apparatus, articles and things required and used in connection with the water vending machine (WVM), water ATM plant, measuring apparatus and ancillary apparatus of all kinds thereof, b. Water vending machine (WVM)” or/and Water ATM” and all kinds and description of Fluid Control System, Products, Piston Valves, Ball Valves, Level Indicators and all other types and ranges of valves and components, spare parts, stores and accessories and fitting appliances, natural cooling appliances & system and all components, parts, accessories and all things capable of being used therewith or in the manufacturing and maintenance thereof respectively. c. To carry on the operation of dispensing water, liquid and fluid with the means of coin or other means of operation to dispense water, liquid and fluid from vending machines and similar thereof. As per the notification made in The Gazette of India by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) at New Delhi vide notification no. G.S.R. 180(E) dated 17th February, 2016, the said entity i.e. Cenzen Technosys Private Limited is considered as “Startup”. Product of the entity A “coin operated water vending machine for dispensing liquids” with brand names i.e. Aqua ATM/ Water ATM. It covers designers, manufacture and repair of water vending machine equipment, RO systems & purifiers and water softeners of every description. ADVANTAGES OF WATER VENDING MACHINE: 1. Automatic Ro based water vending machine (WVM) plant may be operated without man power i.e. unmanned point. 2. Generally this advanced mechanism is suitable for the rural-village area, desert area, mountain area and urban area people. It is commonly useful at commercial places, public places and private places where daily interaction of peoples is more. 3. It is very cheap: Costing of water just 30-50 paise per litre compared to Rs. 15-20 a litre. 4. No Plastic generation, complete Eco friendly system. 5. Our technology is very advanced, innovative, accurate and easy for public use especially for rural and public areas. 6. Moreover it has been patented in India, having patent no. 244115. 7. As per technical view, public can see TDS, PH and other parameters as per C panel online design. Brief note of proposed design Multi Coin & Card Operated Water Vending Machine is as per following qualification:  Built –in intelligent coin validating system for convenient to use.  Low power consumption.  Cooling Capacity/ Storage Capacity 100-500 Ltr. (SS tank).  RO purify capacity 100-500 LPH (Liter per hour).  100% temper proof coin input.  Coin Mechanism accepts single coin of new Rs.1/Rs.2/Rs.5/Rs.10  Coin mechanism Type- Coin Comparator & Multi Channel Coin Operator.  Channel 1 Water Dispensing Capacity- 200 ml to 2 Ltr.  Channel 2 Water Dispensing Capacity- Above 2 Ltr.  Coin cannot jam in coin mechanism system.  Coin return system for return coin, if do not want to dispense water after insert coin.  Programmable Timer / Volume based water dispensing (200 ml - 20 Liters).  Programmable Password for admin & operator.  Programmable Coin selection Rs.1/Rs.2/Rs.5/Rs.10 & water quantity (200 ml to 20 Ltr.)  Reports of total no. of coin collection (day/ date wise).  Revenue reports (total collection reports).  Inbuilt water totalizer.  Report of total quantity water dispense (day/date/month wise).  Contact less smart card authentication for water dispense.  ‘Outers’ card cannot be accepted.  Inbuilt smart card recharging unit.  Card printing is optional.  Daily reports of card recharge day/date/month wise.  Water level monitoring system can stop machine during low water level.  Battery backup in case of power fai
