Nidra is a platform which aims at teaching your mind to relax and sleep again. We use ancient Yogic techniques to release Muscular, Emotional as well as Mental Tensions to relax both the body and mind. We aim at opening ones deeper phases of mind using imagery and vibrations to achieve a state called “Hypnogogic” state. In this state a person is at full Pratyahara (Total Relaxation) after which we guide the subjects into a state of deep sleep. We check the parameters like Skeletal Muscle activity, Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen Levels, Breathing Patterns, including absence or pauses, Snoring and other noises using sensors like EEG(Brain), PPG + Pulse Oximetry(Pulse and Blood Oxygen), Accelerometer(Body Movement), PPG + Gyroscope (Breath Patterns) through our proprietary headband along with a complex engineering of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, to have a more personalised & real-time experience of sleep.
