To carry on business such as import, export, re-licenses, periodic inspections of swapping/charging stations of all kinds of electric vehicles & batteries. 9. To carry on the business of manufacturing, assembling, operating, fabricating, repairing, reconditioning, buying, selling, importing, exporting, distributing or otherwise dealing in electronic goods of description including, electrical panel, , power control centres and to act as consultants, agents, broker, franchiser, job worker, or otherwise to deal in all kinds of power and energy related products, power and control cables, special cables, power jacks, charging leads, charging connectors, electronics and electrical apparatuses, equipment’s and electrical engineering instruments. 10. To carry on business of electrical engineering works and manufacture of all kinds of heavy and light electrical machinery and equipment’s and apparatus for any purpose and to install, sell hire or otherwise deal with the same in any manner whatsoever. 11. Producing, Purchasing, and selling of renewable energy and other source of available energy, 12. Generating and transmission of Power from one source to another point.
