The company addresses the core problems faced by local merchants today, who are losing business and customers to big e-commerce platforms, as these platforms continue to offer huge discounts to attract customers and have the latest technology to enable customers to discover products online and get home delivery. With Chatty Bao, the local merchants will also now have the capability to build their online presence, accept digital orders & have facility for home delivery, which will enable them to compete with big e-commerce players. Chatty Bao is on a mission to empower the local merchants and help them grow their business, supporting the country’s ideology and mission of “Vocal for Local”. We believe the local merchants have the best understanding of their customers and when supported with right digital tools, can provide the customers best service at lowest costs.
