To recruit, train, and employ scientists, engineers, analysts, technicians, and consultants for the efficient conduct of business. To collaborate, associate, or enter into agreements with government bodies, institutions, laboratories, universities, companies, and organizations in India or abroad. To establish branches, laboratories, offices.
